Ladies Fitness Kickboxing (LFK)

Women’s Kickboxing classes are varied and include circuit training, bag work, focus pads, kickboxing shield work, weights and cardio. Get fit, have fun, and learn punching and kicking techniques.

Indoor sneakers, wraps, boxing gloves, and water.
(wraps & gloves can be borrowed for the first few classes)
